Documentation & Communication Specialist - Service Support WHAT’S ON OFFER?We are seeking a proactive and experienced Documentation & Communication Specialist for this great opportunity based in our North Ryde office, within the Service Support Team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination and maintenance of Service Support documentation and documentation libraries. This role is also responsible for developing and managing the online Knowledge Management and Communications Portals, as well as co-ordinate activities that drive competency development across Service Support, this includes the managing and developing of the traineeship program offered to Service Support staff in conjunction with an online learning management system.
