We are seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to join our Managed Services team. You will be primarily responsible for providing support to Citrix Enterprise Infrastructure as well as other application support requirements.

• Strong troubleshooting skills, well honed commonsense, and a logical approach to resolution of incidents.
• High level of motivation and desire to learn new skills or further develop existing Networks skillset
• Able to follow established procedures and processes
• Ability to manage workload & operational responsibilities is
  essential.
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of ITIL
• Available for on-call support duties
