Responsibilities

  • The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is accountable for all facets of the engagement between Fujitsu Australia and Government Clients, predominantly to maintain and grow the footprint of the Supplementary Resource teams within them.  This role will also support identification of opportunities for the sales team across all Fujitsu towers, but the primary responsibility is Supplementary Resourcing. 

    The role will build trust-based per relationships within our clients at senior management level, and delivery level and use these relationships to monitor activity that has the potential to drive revenue through repeat business and influence buying decisions.

    The role is responsible for managing the overall tactical/operational relationship with our client, the development and implementation of strategies that contribute to achievement of revenue and gross margin targets, forecasting resource utilisation and revenue generated from their assigned clients, supervising the quality and output of all Fujitsu engaged staff on and completion of RFQ’s or support in the completion of RFQ’s. 

What Do We Want From You?

Experience/Qualifications

  • More than 10 years experience of IT industry based resourcing and delivery. 
  • At least 2 years experience in leading and managing delivery teams in IT industry. •
  • Shows competency in progressing pre-sales and delivery staff to an effective outcome.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to leverage solutions and individual skills into the client.
  • Demonstrated people relationship skills at all levels, from delivery staff to Sales GM and Customer Project Delivery to General Managers. •
  • Can demonstrate attention to detail in resource forecasting, including end of contract and renewal management, forecasting start dates staff time management (overtime and leave prediction).
  • Has actively contributes to re-usable content.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral. Understands, creates, applies and manages documentation standards.
  • Has demonstrated responsibly for quality control and review of adhoc documentation from team to ensure ongoing quality and adherence to standards.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing complex and sensitive issues through to resolution.
  • Presents a positive, professional image with the client and maintains and fosters good working relationships with Client.  
  • Is an effective leader with a strong desire to succeed and to help others succeed, seen as a role model, knows limitations and seeks advice and support appropriately.
  • Is an effective team player, has a positive approach to work assignments and positive attitude towards clients, peers, support staff and management.
  • Is acknowledged as proactive, flexible, reliable and capable and can work under pressure.
